Shipping & Returns

Upon placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.  Please check this confirmation closely.  If you need to make any changes to your order, you must contact us as soon as possible as many orders ship within 24-48 hours.  You can contact us easily by e-mail at info@gcuebilliards.com or by phone at 1-480-961-4000.  By phone, we are available Monday-Saturday from 10:30am to 6:00pm Arizona Time.

Our preferred method of shipping is Fed-Ex Ground.  At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. FedEx does not deliver to Post Office Box addresses in the U.S.  From the U.S., FedEx Ground offers 1-7 business day ground delivery in the contiguous U.S.

Occasionally, we will drop ship all or part of a customer's order from our manufacturer.  This should result in no significant delays in the receipt of your order.  You will be notified by e-mail of any known delays.

If any items on your order are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail of the delay and of the item's expected availability date.  We can usually ship the in stock items on your order immediately and send any backordered items as soon as they are available.

Orders under $100 - $7.95
