Conditions if visiting or shopping at G Cue Billiard Store:  We reserve the right to void any transaction with typographical errors or mistakes.  We reserve the right to cancel any order due to insufficient stock.  Price and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, ship the item(s) within 30 days of the date on your invoice, in the original package using a carrier that provides tracking services. A return authorization must be obtained prior to shipping the product back by calling G Cue Billiards at 1-480-961-4000.  Upon receiving the returned merchandise, G Cue Billiards will promptly exchange or issue a refund for the amount of the merchandise to you.

Return requirements:
•    Be sure to save all packing slips and other materials.
•    Obtain a return authorization number by calling G Cue Billiards at 1-480-961-4000 or by filling out the form on the returns page of the web site.
•    Ship all items postage paid and insured. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, except when the item is defective.
•    If you are exchanging the item for another item please inform G Cue Billiards by phone or e-mail.
